Hello, I'm Clare. I am a therapist specialised in working with children, teens and young adults aged 4-25. If you, or your child, is feeling overwhelmed by life, therapy can be a big first step. I help children and young people understand and make sense of their feelings and experiences.
I provide a calm and encouraging space to support a range of difficulties. Building on the therapeutic relationship is key and I work with empathy in a non-judgemental capacity to support autonomy, connection and change.
I work both in person and online. I have private therapy spaces in Oving and Winslow, Buckinghamshire and Tring, Hertfordshire.
As an integrative therapist I combine cognitive and creative therapies to provide the best support. I have a calm, supportive and adaptive approach to meet the varying needs of my clients.
I work with difficulties including anxiety, school/university/work issues, family dynamics, intrusive thoughts, loss, relationships, self-esteem, stress and trauma.
