I specialise in supporting children, young people and families experiencing bereavement and grief. Childhood loss can have a profound and lasting impact on emotional wellbeing, relationships and development. I offer a safe, compassionate space where children and young people can begin to make sense of their experiences and express feelings that may be difficult to put into words. I also support children, young people and adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD), life transitions, school-related anxiety and family change.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed and tailored to each individual. Through art therapy, clients can explore thoughts and feelings creatively, often finding new ways to communicate when words alone don’t feel enough. Together, we work towards greater self-understanding, emotional resilience and healthier ways of coping.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when things feel uncertain. Whether you are looking for support for yourself, your child or your family, you don’t have to navigate things alone. I offer a non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported, and I welcome you to get in touch if you feel we may be a good fit.
