Starting therapy can be daunting. As a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent outdoor and online therapist, it is my aim to hold space for affirming therapy for all. I have supported people with relationship challenges, people wanting to build and explore relationships with themselves and those looking back at their past and how it could be affecting them today. I am open to a fun and creative approach to talking therapy built on the relationship between myself and my client and include the natural world. I use relational TA and have experience of working with family dysfunction. I work term time only in urban nature settings and online.
I offer a warm and understanding space for you to be yourself and to explore any challenges you may currently be experiencing in any area of your life. I specialise in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and people who are neurodivergent, and/or gender and sexuality expansive. I have experience volunteering as a therapist for a large LGBTQ+ Charity.
