About
Hi, I am a qualified cognitive behaviour therapist (CBT) and split my time working with children, adolescents and adults. I work part-time at CAMHS for the NHS and also work with students at Manchester University.
I have lived and worked in the UAE, therefore, have experience of providing therapy to different cultures/religions. I work with a wide range of mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, OCD, phobias, PTSD etc. I am trained in the Incredible Years behaviour programmes and have worked with families in dealing with challenging behaviour in children.
There are lots of different styles and types of therapy out there, which can be confusing. If you are unsure whether CBT is right for you or your child, please contact me for a free, non-judgemental discussion. We can then decide together whether to proceed.
