I can help you understand more about yourself, why you feel like you do and how to bring about real, lasting change.
I provide counselling and psychotherapy for adults and young people wishing to attend for short or long term periods of time. In addition to my special interests and experience, I am happy to work with a wide range of personal issues as well as with individuals who may wish to attend psychotherapy for personal growth & development.
I offer a warm, authentic, non-judgmental, empathetic and understanding place for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions as well as being there for you to manage these in a safe and confidential environment.
