I am a fully qualified Relationship Counsellor and Psychosexual Therapist in private practice, I trained with Relate and am a member of the BACP and a Registered Member of COSRT (Regulatory body for sex therapists). I listen sensitively, looking at how relationships work and try to understand causes of problems and find solutions, teaching skills for better outcomes, particularly around communication and couple functioning. Life events change dynamics.
I help clients to understand themselves and each other better as individuals, exploring unhelpful and repeating patterns of relating in order to bring positivity back to relationships overall. I look at the emotional and physical aspects of relating and establish where things are more challenging, guide change and actions for happier futures.
