I am a fully qualified Relationship Counsellor and Psychosexual Therapist in private practice, I trained with Relate (also work for them) and a member of the BACP, NCPS and am a Professional Associate of COSRT (Regulatory body for sex therapists). At my Private Practice in Hampshire, LinkedUp Counselling (Please see website), I help individual and couple clients with relationship challenges, including communication and intimacy. I also offer therapy called "Single Session Therapy" where it is possible to come along for a slightly longer session and discuss one issue with more help available if this is not enough.
I work face to face, online or over the telephone with couples or individuals including long and short term therapy. I listen sensitively, looking at how relationships work and try to understand causes of problems and find solutions, teaching skills for better outcomes, particularly around communication and couple functioning.
I help clients to understand themselves and each other better as individuals, exploring unhelpful and repeating patterns of relating in order to bring positivity back to relationships overall. I look at the emotional and physical aspects of relating and establish where things are more challenging, guide change and actions for happier futures.
