I am a down-to-earth, friendly, and caring qualified pluralistic psychotherapist. My goal is to support you in finding solutions, reaching your goals, and building resilience. In our sessions, I will listen, offer guidance, and provide a non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and empowered.
Whether you’re looking for a single session or ongoing support, I’m here to help. Sessions are 45 minutes long and range from £54.33. I offer both online and in-person psychotherapy.
Our first session will focus on your expectations for our counselling sessions, your goals, your resources and how we are going to work together.
