I am a down to earth, friendly and caring qualified pluralistic Psychotherapist. I want to work with you to support you to find solutions to your problems and work with you to reach your goals. In our sessions I will listen, I will talk but I will not judge. I will use my skills to support you, empower you and help you to become the resilient authentic person that you know you can be. You may want only one session or you can book as many as you feel is necessary. 45min Sessions range from £52.75 book http://www.empower-counselling.online/ I offer online & in person Psychotherapy.
Our first session will focus on your expectations for our counselling sessions, your goals, your resources and how we are going to work together. We will complete some brief paperwork and I will support you to undertake a small assessment of your current needs. All of our sessions will be 45mins in length.
