I work with a range of issues, but specialise in sexual trauma work. I have worked in the domestic/sexual abuse sector for nearly 20 years, supporting both adults and children before qualifying as a counsellor. As a therapist, I can support those who may be experiencing trauma symptoms or who may want to process abuse they have experienced.
I understand that beginning therapy may feel daunting, but I offer a calm space with empathy, open-mindedness, and understanding.
