I work with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health and emotional wellbeing difficulties. Including stress, depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, self esteem and confidence issues, sleep difficulties, addiction, identity issues etc. I also enjoy working with marginalised groups or people who see themselves as different or alternative including people from the GSRD/LGBTQI+ community and people who are neurodivergent. I have a special interest in psychosexual and relationship issues. I offer a safe space to explore concerns around intimacy and sexual function.
I am a Clinical Psychologist, which means I have been trained in a number of different therapeutic models. Through the assessment and formulation process I will develop a shared understanding of the problems, hold in mind the therapy hopes and expectations and create a personalised treatment plan for ongoing therapy.
I aim to create a safe space for people to explore their issues. I am compassionate, non-judgemental and open-minded. I work collaboratively and believe that there are many routes to wellness.
