Welcome! My aim as your counsellor is to provide you with a safe and accepting space in which we can explore the reasons that bring you to counselling, and work together to bring you to a place of healing, growth and restoration. My integrative approach draws on different ideas and strategies, allowing flexibility to suit the needs of the individual. I will work with you to set goals and allow you to set your own pace. I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self esteem and body image. I can help you to manage stress, or identify unhelpful behavioural patterns that are keeping you stuck.
I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative counsellor, and I have worked with young people for over 25 years. I am trained to work with Eating Disorders, including restrictive eating, living in larger bodies and other disordered eating patterns. I am also a committed Christian, although accepting of all faiths and none.
