I am a fully accredited CBT Therapist with over 16 years experience of helping people who are experiencing problems with their mental health to live a happier and healthier life. I specialise in supporting people with anxiety disorders and low self esteem. This includes expertise working with OCD, health anxiety generalised anxiety and panic. The therapy I offer will not only help you to understand the problems you're experiencing, but also help to provide you with the guidance and tools to make positive changes.
I offer in person and online CBT Therapy. The approach I offer is none judgemental, compassionate and collaborative. We'll work towards your goals at your own pace.
My aim is to help you to overcome difficulties now and to build your confidence in supporting your own mental health in the future.
