I originally worked as an Occupational therapist before qualifying and working as a CBT Therapist since 2009.
I offer online and telephone CBT. My aim is to help you to have a better understanding of your difficulties and develop strategies to enable you to break through viscous cycles you may be stuck in and move forward. I am keen to encourage self compassion as having these problems can often lead to feelings of frustration or self criticism.
It can be daunting to ask for help but is often this first step that leads you on the path to feeling better. The therapeutic approach I offer is none judgemental, compassionate and collaborative.
