I'm here for all women. Everyone experiences difficulties and everyone, of any gender or identity, is welcome at my person-centred practice. But women and girls face challenges in their own unique way. Your journey through life can be fraught with subtle and specific nuance, whether physical, psychological, emotional, financial, societal, sexual or general. With over two decades of experience working with women, I am here to support you whatever challenge, issue or struggle you may be facing. Personal, professional, deeply private, or a combination of all.
I've been a coach and mentor throughout my career, working with people to reach their potential, feel better about themselves and find confidence in managing difficulty. As a counsellor, I work hard to help ease the kinds of distress we can all so often find ourselves in and help clients to find ways of coping with and facing challenge.
We all try to manage on our own, but sometimes it's just a bit too hard. I'm here to support you absolutely in a trusting, authentic and non-judgmental way. My peaceful, private, cosy offices are designed to provide a calm, safe and comforting environment where you can come and share whatever is pressing upon you. Whatever, whenever, however you need.
