Hello, I’m Clara, a fully qualified BACP registered and NCPS accredited integrative psychotherapist based in London, UK. I am also an accredited eating disorders specialist. I have clinical experience working in mental health settings across the private, NHS and charity sectors. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, and I support clients with a wide range of mental health difficulties/ challenges including anxiety and depression, among many other issues. My main areas of expertise are eating disorders, domestic abuse, narcissistic abuse, personality disorders, gender-based violence, trauma, relationships, and self-esteem.
I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, CFT, ACT, TA, DBT, CBT-E and more to tailor my approach to your unique needs. As a trauma-informed therapist, with both clinical and personal experience of intimate relationship abuse, I have an in-depth knowledge of how trauma can affect your life, your feeling of safety, and physical health.
My approach involves kindness, trust, and empathy to support you on your journey towards healing, better wellbeing and a more fulfilling life. I offer therapy in-person in Central London as well as online, both in English and French.
