I am an experienced Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor, this means I create an individual, personalised approach that is specific to your needs. As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy I am able to work with male or female clients, couples and regularly help young people from the age of 12 and above. I have helped many clients with a diverse range of issues, including; Relationship issues, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Panic Attacks, Phobias, Postnatal Depression, Anger management, Eating disorders, Affairs, Addictions etc
I specialise in working with adults and young people who have experienced sexual violence and abuse, domestic violence and bullying. I have volunteered for CARA (Care and Action of Rape and Abuse) and Ampersand (male survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence) and I very much enjoy helping my clients navigate this difficult healing process.
I consider myself to be a warm, friendly, transparent, and most importantly a down to earth person and as such I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, I come from a multicultural back ground and alot of my clients find this helpful as we relate easier with my own experience and understanding of cultural differences and customs.
