I specialise in working with children and adults who have Brain Injury or Health conditions and in Asperger’s/Autism (ASD) and or ADHD. I offer support/therapy for issues such as head injury, stroke, neurological conditions including MS, Guillain-Barre syndrome, locked in syndrome, dementia, and FND including communication and behavioural difficulties and psychological effects of long term conditions. I have a special interest in working with children who have continence difficulties. I also accept referrals for assessment of Capacity
I have over 16 years experience of working in the NHS as a Senior level. I have worked in Paediatrics, Neurological Rehabilitation, Child Development Centre and in Assessing ASD. I offer therapy for ASD and or ADHD and for any health condition, including head injury, for children, adolescents and adults.
I am very approachable, practical and realistic individual. I aim to help you to develop skills to achieve your full potential. For those of you with ASD/ADHD I can help you and your family learn about why the world can seem confusing and offer practical solutions, I have a very good understanding of Neurodiversity and how difficult and isolating it can be.
