Hello there and welcome. Sometimes life can be overwhelming for all sorts of reasons and we may need a little help to try and work our way through it. Counselling can give us the help we need, by offering a safe place to sit with someone who is there to help you through those tough times. I understand that the decision to have counselling can perhaps be a difficult one, but I believe that together we can ease those fears and anxieties. Then, as we begin to develop a therapeutic and healing relationship, you will hopefully begin to feel more able to share all that is on your mind.
I can offer you a cosy, comfortable space to sit and explore all that may currently be happening for you, in a non-judgemental, empathetic way. As we get to know each other, we can think about ways to work together that suit you personally. Perhaps you might like to be a little creative, or perhaps you would just like to talk.
We are all different, and as a Humanistic counsellor I believe our counselling experience should be as unique as we are. I work with both individuals and couples, and offer an initial session which is free of charge.
