Life can feel overwhelming at times, particularly with the current economic and environmental uncertainty. Anxiety, depression and loneliness are common issues many people face on top of relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, and trauma. Therapy offers the chance to talk about what is bothering you in a warm, empathic and confidential space. I am a registered psychodynamic psychotherapist with the BPC & BACP and have found that by giving someone the space to talk and reflect on how they feel, and where those feelings come from, enables them to understand themselves better.
With a colleague, we have set up the Lighthouse Psychotherapy Practice in Epsom, Ashtead and Banstead in Surrey, to provide affordable and accessible counselling and psychotherapy. We offer a non-judgmental psychodynamic approach, to help you develop understanding and insight, in order to look at yourself differently and move forward with your life.
