I have experience supporting an endless variety of human experiences including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, neglect, abuse, living with loneliness, shame, fear, anger, confusion, illness and bereavement. I have experience working and living with neurodivergence. I have experience exploring spiritual and existential inquiry. I'm interested in hearing about how life is for you as an individual, I genuinely encourage you to bring all that you are.
My approach is to offer a dedicated time and space for bringing awareness to the reality of your life. Together we explore what is coming up, in supportive and curious ways that work for you. I am interested in working deeply with clients over a period of time.
