Hello and Welcome! If you, or a loved one, are looking for help with difficult life experiences or mental health struggles, then I am here to help. I understand the need for you to feel able to connect to a counsellor who can listen with real understanding and empathy. A person who will listen without judgement and help support you to reach your goals, and ultimately heal. I offer free 30 minute initial consultations, to see if I could be the counsellor you are looking for. I also offer specialist counselling for people with ADHD and Autism.
My goal is to help you to explore your emotions, make sense of what is happening in your life and support you to build yourself up to feel more resilient. Always taking your lead on what you want to share, or how deep you want to go, I will gently encourage you to honestly look at your issues and give you full, unwavering acceptance whilst you do so.
I will listen with care, compassion and empathy to what has brought you to counselling. I will empower you to find realistic solutions for the difficulties you are experiencing. You will always feel seen, heard and important to me. I offer face to face, online or telephone counselling, depending on what is best for you.
