With lived experience of anxiety, ADHD, and relationship challenges, I understand how difficult it can be to seek support. I work alongside those facing addiction, help couples rebuild trust, and support young people with emotional struggles. My aim is to nurture resilience and understanding, and to walk beside you as you move towards meaningful change in your life.
I work with individuals, young people and couples. My speciality is working with addiction, specifically family and young people affected by another’s addiction.
