I'm an integrative, trauma-informed counsellor and supervisor based in County Durham. I work 1-1 with adults in person and remotely. I have a relational and collaborative approach. I work predominantly with domestic violence and sexual abuse. I am also a qualified Breathwork Facilitator and Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner and have a particular interest in the mind-body connection and somatic and creative resources. I am an LGBTQ+ allied therapist and my practice is neurodivergent affirming.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked in the voluntary sector for almost twenty years, counselling individuals who have been subjected to domestic abuse and sexual violence. I have additional training in, somatic trauma therapy and trauma informed approaches, Mindfulness, creative counselling techniques and compassion focused approaches.
