Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. I offer both face to face and online therapy via video link.
We can work through your problems in a safe and confidential space.
Whatever your issues are, I can help you find solutions and work towards feeling happier and back on track. I have worked in wellbeing and mental health for the whole of my career (35 yrs plus) in a range of different settings right through to the hospital environment and I'm also a clinical supervisor. I hope this gives you an idea of the depth of my experience.
There is no such thing as a problem that is too small for therapy. If you need help, that's enough.
I am an integrative counsellor. This means I can use a variety of different techniques to help you feel better. So the therapy can fit around you and your preferences. I am also a clinical hypnotherapist, a life coach and a meditation trainer so you also have the opportunity to access these services should you feel they would be useful to you.
Some new clients worry whether problem is "bad enough" to come to counselling. Some worry that they are so ill that counselling won't help. Neither is true. If your problem is causing you difficulties, counselling is a good choice and it's my role to help you through
