About
Hi and thank you for visiting my profile. You have just taken the bravest first step to working towards help through counselling. Sometimes we face challenges in our daily lives which can be very stressful, frustrating and difficult to deal with. Turning to someone who you don't know can be a very daunting thought. However, counselling offers a beautiful and safe space with no judgement. I offer a confidential and most importantly a safe space for us to explore and discuss any difficulties being faced. I will support and listen with empathy and respect. Together we can work towards a better future.
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and have worked with adults and younger people on a range of issues. I have supported many people with a range of issues including eating issues, self-esteem, body image, anxiety and depression. Creating an environment where trust and positivity is at the heart of what I do.
You and I will work together to look at and address your concerns and issues. Together we will work towards your goals at a pace your comfortable with to help you gain clarity, understanding and acceptance. We will use a range of tools and together build a way to adapt mindset. This will enable you to make the positive changes you want in life.
