I’m a fully accredited Senior Cognitive Behavioural and EMDR Psychotherapist, as well as a qualified Social Worker. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe to talk, reflect, and begin to make meaningful changes at your own pace.
Over the years, I’ve worked in both the NHS and third sector services, supporting people through a wide range of experiences including trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and the everyday struggles that can wear us down.
My approach is tailored to you and I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies like CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based CBT, ACT, and Compassion Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll find the approach that feels right for where you are.
Therapy is a personal journey, and it’s not always easy, but you don’t have to go through it alone, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I am particularly skilled in helping individuals with PTSD, health anxiety, body dysmorphia, OCD, depression, anxiety & phobias amongst others. Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression
This 8-week MBCT group helps you break free from cycles of stress, anxiety, and low mood by combining CBT with mindfulness.
