I am an experienced integrative relational psychotherapist working with individual adults and or couples navigating difficulties. I offer a warm, confidential space where we can explore what is happening now, but also the experiences, relationships and patterns that may be shaping how you feel including childhood trauma/attachment issues.
Sadness, loss, low self esteem, anxiety, unresolved trauma, family estrangement and other relational difficulties all affect us and having the opportunity to make sense of these issues with someone professional can be hugely empowering and helpful. I can offer that safe space.
A particular area of my interest is the psychological impact of perimenopause and menopause at whatever age. I provide the psychological support for a leading national menopause clinic.
Hormonal change can have a profound effect on mood, anxiety, sleep, confidence, relationships, identity and our overall sense of ourselves.
