I support teens and adults through a bespoke, person-centred approach, drawing on evidence-based psychological frameworks to support meaningful and lasting change.
I am an experienced coach, qualified teacher and trainee health psychologist, with specialist training in behaviour change, psychological interventions and trauma informed practice. Having completed all taught elements of the Professional Doctorate in Health Psychology, I am now in the final year of the course, completing my thesis.
I have particular experience supporting teens who are living with chronic physical health conditions, facing difficulties managing/attending school, adapting to a new diagnosis and navigating secondary school with ADHD.
I am happy to work with families and liaise with school staff to create a structured support system for young people, where appropriate.
