I can assist you in untangling the issues and finding a clearer path forward. I will offer deep listening, be curious about body awareness, and together we will find the arcetypal narrative of your story, working with the different parts of you towards integration.
I offer a safe and supportive space to explore life transitions, transformation of identity, grief & trauma recovery, relationship re-allignment & a healthy connection to Self. I have a special interest in the journey of recognising neuro-diversity & navigating chronic illness. I am trauma-informed & neuro-diversity affirmative.
