I help you to view things from different perspectives. This can lead to an increased sense of self awareness.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor. Working integratively means that my approach uses different theories that include the main forces in psychology of Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamics. This means I combine different techniques and interventions to create the most effective therapy for you.
I have experience of working with people from all walks of life and ages from, teenagers to adults helping them with concerns such as to name a few depression, anxiety, stress, addictions including alcohol, drugs, gambling and shopping, relatives of addicts, abuse, loss, bereavement, low self-esteem, long term debilitating illness, and trauma.
