My background is Health, Social Care and Education with experience of teaching and delivery of educational programmes in schools, colleges and residential environments. I am dedicated to the personal and professional development of those I work with encouraging people to believe they can achieve. I have additional qualifications in self-harm and suicide.
Before I embarked on my own counselling journey I had no idea how much I would benefit and how my life would change. Taking the first step is never easy and the process can be tiring and frustrating at times. But my goodness the pro's certainly outweigh the cons massively!
