I am a fully qualified and registered play therapist, trainee clinical supervisor. I offer tailored play therapy for children and families aged 4 years to adolescence, younger children when using a family approach. Offering support to you and your children with difficulties that impact day-to-day lives. This can be children who are withdrawn or unhappy, who experience friendship difficulties or nightmares. You may be experiencing struggles with behaviour or concentration. Play Therapy aids recovery for children who have suffered traumatic events. Through play your child can share their experiences, feelings and reactions to their experiences with me. They will choose from the play therapy toolkit. I will communicate through non-directive play therapy methods. As we develop a therapeutic relationship this will enable your child to make sense of their experiences allowing for healing and recovery.
