I offer specialist Counselling and Hypnotherapy for anxiety, stress, fears and phobias, sleep and confidence. I tailor my approach to your individual needs but mainly use the person centred approach. I will work with you to explore the route cause of your difficulties and support you to reduce anxiety and feel more confident and in control.
