We are all products of our upbringing and experiences and sometimes this can lead to problems in the present. Anxiety, low self esteem and not feeling good in relationships for example. I can work with you to unravel what this is about and help you find new ways of coping and moving forwards. We can talk or use creative methods to facilitate this discovery process. I work with young people, adults and couples and the work is all driven by you and on your terms. I offer a free, initial meeting so you can decide if I am the right Counsellor for you.
I also offer Clinical Supervision for other Professional Counsellors and Trainees.
Working with children and young people and my training in Trauma has given me an understanding of how we develop and learn ways to cope and adapt to difficult experiences. Often these methods cause difficulties in our relationships and our sense of who we are in this world in the present. We can look at these problems together to find new ways forwards.
Taking the first steps into Counselling can be daunting and scary so I offer a free, no obligation initial meeting so you can decide if I am the right person for you to share your story with. You can then decide how to proceed which can begin the process of feeling empowered to make changes for a better future for yourself, your friends and family.
