I believe that therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you are struggling with the effects of adverse childhood experiences, difficulties in relationships, or feeling stuck and overwhelmed, I aim to provide a professional, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood and supported as you try to make sense of your struggles and things that have happened to you. Therapy can be exploratory, looking at past or present issues, or more directive and goal-oriented - whatever suits your needs and the issues you bring.
As an integrative psychotherapist I work with many issues, but I specialise in complex trauma and the many ways it can affect life, relationships, and a sense of self. Alongside my private practice, I work in the NHS, where I provide individual & group psychotherapy for people with complex trauma, severe anxiety & depression, OCD, bipolar & EUPD/BPD.
Healing doesn’t look the same for everyone — so together, we’ll find an approach and a pace that feels right for you, so you can move towards your goals with confidence. I will both support and challenge you in a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to express your thoughts & feelings, without fear of judgement.
