My ideal client is an adult unsure of where they are in life. They have reached a point where they do not know what lies ahead. They may be unhappy in their current relationship/job/marriage and are uncertain of which way to turn. They want to feel alive again and look forward to each and every day rather than finding life a tedious merry go round of work and chores. In short they want to get back to what they love. Life is uncertain, but there are areas of your life that you CAN control even if the world appears to be chaotic.
I can help unravel issues with clients. If they have the confidence to take hold of a thread and pull, they will be able to discover who they are underneath the labels that define them i.e wife, mother, sister, brother, husband, professional etc. You talk until you feel better.
Life is tough, there is no denying this and all of us hit a wall at times. It is what is on the other side of that wall that we can work out together. Each of you will have the answers buried somewhere inside you. It is my job to bring these answers into your awareness without judgement.
