Our warm and experienced team offer counselling and psychotherapy to Adults, Couples and children aged 4- 18.
We offer low cost one to one sessions to Adults and young people aged 14 upwards. This is via our counsellors completing their training. Our session fees for low cost are between £15-£20 depending on your circumstances. We can support with anxiety, low mood, loss and bereavement, school and study stress, family issues, relationships and more.
We are a longstanding and trusted local practice who have been supporting clients over the past 12 years in Tring. Our team specialise in trauma and Neurodiversity. We are a recommended practice by professionals in our work with children and young people. We also deliver counselling in schools and we teach Diploma level accredited training in child therapy.
We know that asking for support can be a big step, we make this as comfortable and collaborative a possible, commencing with an initial session to ensure we can support you adequately and match you with the right therapist and service depending own your own specific needs.
