I work with children, young people and adults. I provide a safe and trusting space to enable my clients to explore what it is that has brought them to counselling. I believe in empowering my clients so they explore their feelings and experiences, to work towards liberating themselves from these restricting and overwhelming feelings in order to live a happier life, with more self worth and confidence.
I allow my client the autonomy to explore what they would like to and how they would like to. I will guide and support them so they dont feel so alone on this journey but still feel safe enough knowing they are in control of their story and when they are ready to go there or share it.
The first and hardest step is acknowledging that you are having difficult feelings or an experience keeps seeping into your daily life, and this affects how your day goes. This is when talking it through with me will help you understand why and explore how you can release some of the power and tension it holds. You deserve to move forward with your life.
