This process may be messy and uncomfortable. Sometimes we may laugh together and other times cry. We’ll have real conversations and focus on helping you to live more fully and to truly flourish.
I’m a highly trained counsellor and psychotherapist, but I’m a person first. While my training is important, THE most important thing is the relationship I build with each client.
