I work with adults and young people (14+). My work helps people with problems like PTSD, anxiety and depression, changes in health, loss & bereavement, life changes, OCD, borderline personality disorder or emotionally unstable personality disorder, gender dysphoria and difficulties related to sex & relationship diversity. I also have experience of helping people who are neurodivergent.
With a certificate in counselling supervision, I can supervise counsellors, psychotherapists and other health care workers.
Before I was a psychotherapist I was an adult nurse and a lecturer in nursing.
