Life today can be challenging where unexpected or slow burning issues can knock us off our centre of gravity leaving us depressed and/or anxious. I am a Counselling Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist. I offer short and long term therapy and practice with an integrative, relational stance. This means I combine complementary relational theories into a unified approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each of my clients.
