Traumatic life events can create sudden, urgent need for support. Equally, therapy can be a planned act of self care, facing barriers to growth and happiness. 18 years practice with young people, adults, families & couples therapy has taught me how everyone has unique experiences and needs. My approach is integrative, tailored to each client. I draw on 7 years academic studies & continuous professional development including psychotherapy, counselling, CBT, DBT, trauma focused therapy, coaching, SFBT and a PgC in supervision. I am committed to providing a positive, rewarding experience for clients, supervisees and organisations.
I offer short & long term therapy to address low self-esteem, BPD, NPD, couples therapy, anxiety, panic, depression, addictions, stress, PTSD, trauma, OCD, ADHD (assessments & coaching), family issues & other mental health challenges. Experience includes founding a charity, counselling services, training & 14 years supervision and reflective practice.

My job is to interpret your needs accurately, and collaboratively formulate a shared plan towards a positive experience & goals for therapy, supervision, training or reflective practice.
