There are a lot of reasons why you might be looking into therapy right now. It could be that you feel as though you have lost yourself or are confused about who you are. Maybe it's a sense of feeling lost in the world or you're feeling overwhelmed, weary or confused. Perhaps relationships are difficult or you're experiencing pressures in life and they are starting to feel out of control. Therapy is a space to explore experiences and find ways to live through them with the bonus of someone by your side being there for you during that time. Sometimes you may not be able to put a name to what it is you are experiencing and that's OK.
I am a holistic integrative therapist. That means I accept you as a whole (mind, body and soul). I am able to work with a wide range of challenges which you might be facing, even if you’re not quite sure what that might be. At the heart of it all, therapy is a place for the big questions around purpose and identity which can come up throughout our lifetimes.
I hope that I have the opportunity to meet with you and offer a space for you to discover how I might be able to support you in whatever you are finding yourself in at the moment. You are welcome never mind who or how you are.
