I am well attuned in providing effective talking therapy for a wide range of difficulties and issues that people can experience in life. I work full-time in private practice and I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals from a diverse range of personal backgrounds and contexts.
I offer people opportunity to explore their experiences, thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I facilitate the process by listening carefully and I offer feedback. We may also consider other ways of looking at issues. The therapeutic process and alliance assists people in achieving their aims, enhancing self-worth and moving towards a place of feeling better.
