Hello. I'm Chris and I'm a UKCP-member psychotherapist working with individuals and groups in Hastings and St Leonards, East Sussex. I'm committed to helping you explore your experiences, challenges, and unique identity. I work with clients from all backgrounds and affirm cultural and identity diversity. I am practiced in helping clients with relationship, sex, and intimacy issues, as well as difficult childhood experiences. I have an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. This means that I offer therapy that focuses on the quality of your relationships - how you relate to yourself and others. I am interested in how you experience and make sense of your world and how your beliefs impact your life. I also believe in personal growth and a spiritual dimension to life.
