I offer integrative therapy, neurodivergence support, and cultural sensitivity. I adapt therapy to your needs, based on what you find helpful. That can look like creating change when things don’t feel right and uncovering what is underneath when you are feeling stuck or locked into repetitive patterns. I can make sense of your experiences and make space for reflection when you are. Successful therapy can help you change your thinking and cope better with life's challenges to help you improve your situation. It can help you learn more about yourself to create a life that is is true to yourself with higher self esteem and confidence.
I have a humanistic approach which is about free will, self-discovery and achieving your full potential as a human being, as well as being able to pay attention to any particular problems or symptoms you may have. I aspire to be inclusive and offer neurodivergent (ADHD and Autism) and LGTBQ+ affirmative counselling. I am experienced in workplace challenges.
I am warm and open-minded. I celebrate people’s different identities and endeavour to bring a creative approach helping clients to join the dots between their different parts. With over 25 years of human understanding I bring maturity to life and professional challenges. Regular clinical supervision ensures quality of client care. Check my website.
