I have a humanistic approach which is about free will, self-discovery and achieving your full potential as a human being, as well as being able to pay attention to any particular problems or symptoms you may have. I aspire to be inclusive and offer neurodivergent (ADHD and Autism) and LGTBQ+ affirmative counselling. I am experienced in workplace challenges.
