With over 25 years of qualified experience as a Clinical Psychologist, I have treated a wide range of difficulties. My career has been about helping people with all kinds of mental health challenges. These include: anxiety and panic; depression; intrusive thoughts, obsessive compulsive disorder; adjustment to life transitions; coping with chronic illness; relationship issues; bereavement and loss; emotional regulation, self-esteem issues as well as others.
Because of my experience in the field I can assess your difficulties quickly and comprehensively. Latterly I have added expertise in treating O.C.D. and Intrusive Thoughts to my skill set but I can still work to a broad remit, able to draw on my years of experience working in the N.H.S. and in Private Practice.
The first and most important aspect of my work is offering a warm and non-judgmental space where people feel comfortable. I make sessions as easy as possible so you can feel at ease sharing issues.
