I'm Dr Christine Price and I'm here to offer you my expertise as a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience. Whether you're dealing with mental health challenges or navigating physical health issues, I've dedicated my career to helping people with a wide range of issues including: anxiety, panic, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, phobias, work/personal stress/burn out, adjustment to life transitions, coping with chronic illness/conditions (e.g. migraine, diabetes etc), chronic pain, relationship/family issues, bereavement and loss, abuse, emotional regulation, anger and body image/self-esteem.
I have treated a wide range of mental health difficulties over many years but recently had a particular focus on treating anxiety, depression, health anxiety, O.C.D, (and intrusive thoughts) and work related stress/anxiety. I like to offer you a free 10 minute phone consultation initially to introduce myself and get to understand a little more about you.
The first and most important aspect of my work is offering a warm and non-judgmental space where people feel comfortable. I make sessions as easy as possible so you can feel comfortable sharing issues. Even if talking is difficult for you I will make the process easier by structuring the sessions so that it is a positive experience going forward.
