With over 25 years of qualified experience as a Clinical Psychologist, I have treated a wide range of difficulties. Whether you're dealing with professional burn out or mental health issues, my career has been about helping people with all kinds of challenges. These include anxiety and panic; depression; health anxiety; intrusive thoughts, obsessive compulsive disorder; work stress/burn out; personal stress; adjustment to life transitions; coping with chronic illness; relationship issues; bereavement and loss; emotional regulation, self-esteem issues as well as others.
Because of my experience in the field I can assess your difficulties quickly and comprehensively. Lately I have had a particular focus on treating work related stress/burn out,anxiety, depression, health anxiety, O.C.D, and intrusive thoughts but I still work to a broad remit, able to draw on my years of experience working in the N.H.S. and Private Practice.
The first and most important aspect of my work is offering a warm and non-judgmental space where people feel comfortable. I make sessions as easy as possible so you can feel at ease sharing issues.
