Together, we can begin to explore what may be going on beneath the surface, whether that’s linked to past experiences, relationships, or recurring emotional difficulties. I work with a range of issues, including: Anxiety and stress Low Mood Confidence and self-esteem Relationship difficulties Feeling stuck or overwhelmed Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s natural to feel unsure at first. My aim is to provide a calm, supportive environment where you can begin to make sense of your experiences at your own pace.
